To send a connection request:

  1. Visit the person's profile.
  2. Click the "Connect" button.
  3. Optionally, add a personalized message.
  4. Click "Send".

Adding a short note about why you want to connect usually improves acceptance rates.

How do I remove a connection?

To remove a connection:

  1. Go to the person's profile.
  2. Click the "More" button.
  3. Select "Remove Connection".
  4. Confirm your choice.

The person will not be notified when you remove them, and you can reconnect later if needed.

Account deletion is permanent, so it is a good idea to export your data first.

Can I edit or remove something I published?

Yes. Open the post controls from the item you published to edit, delete, or manage visibility.

How do I send a message to someone?

Open the person's profile or your messaging inbox and start a conversation from there.

  1. Choose the person you want to contact.
  2. Open the message composer.
  3. Write a clear and professional message.
  4. Send and continue the conversation from your inbox.
How do I manage conversations and messaging settings?

You can organize active threads from your inbox and update your messaging preferences from settings.

That includes controlling notifications, message visibility, and how people are allowed to contact you.

How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?

To report content or a user:

  1. Click the "More" button on the post, comment, or profile.
  2. Select "Report".
  3. Choose the reason that best describes the issue.

How do I block someone?

To block a user:

  1. Go to their profile.
  2. Click the "More" button.
  3. Select "Block".

When you block someone, they will not be able to view your profile, send messages, or interact with your content.
