These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Delbond Teknologies LLC. By using nterco, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1.1 The Contract
When you use nterco's services, you enter into a contract with us. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, govern your use of nterco.
1.2 Our Services
nterco provides a professional networking platform that allows you to:
- Create and maintain a professional profile
- Connect with other professionals
- Search and apply for jobs
- Share and engage with professional content
- Join professional communities
- Access premium features (with subscription)

1.4 Definitions
"Services" means nterco's platform, website, mobile apps, and all related services
"Content" means text, images, videos, links, and other materials
"You/Your" means the user accepting these Terms
"We/Us/Our" means Delbond Teknologies LLC
"Account" means your nterco user profile and associated data
2. What You Can Expect From Us
2.1 Access to Our Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 Service Availability
We strive to keep nterco available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
2.3 Continuous Improvement
We regularly update and improve our Services. We'll notify you of significant changes that affect your use.
3. What We Expect From You
3.1 Eligibility
- To use Nterco, you must be at least 16 years old or have completed high school. If we discover a user is under 16 and has not completed high school, we will promptly delete their account and associated personal data, unless required to retain it by law. Parents or guardians may request account deletion for their child by contacting us via our Privacy Request Form.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Your account must not have been previously terminated by us
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Your profile should represent your true professional identity.
3.3 Professional Conduct
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Follow our Community Guidelines
- Respect other users' rights and privacy
- Use the platform for professional purposes
- Not harass, abuse, or harm others
3.4 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
- Use automated tools to access or collect data without permission
- Share false or misleading information
- Spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent activities
- Violate others' intellectual property rights
- Attempt to circumvent our security measures
- Use nterco for illegal purposes
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
4. Your Account
4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.2 One Account Per Person
You may only maintain one personal account. Company accounts are separate and subject to additional terms.
4.3 Account Sharing
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
4.4 Security Incidents
If we discover a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours via email and an in-app notification. This notice will include guidance on steps you can take to protect your account.
5. Content on nterco
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on nterco. By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.
5.2 Content Standards
All content you share must:
- Be professional and appropriate
- Not violate others' rights
- Not be false, misleading, or deceptive
- Comply with our Community Guidelines
5.3 Content Removal
We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies. We'll notify you when possible and provide an opportunity to appeal.
5.4 User-Generated Content & Platform Role
5.4.1 Platform as Host
nterco provides an interactive hosting service. We do not create, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content posted, uploaded, or shared by users. All user content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated it.
5.4.2 Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nterco is not liable for any user-generated content. Our role is limited to removing or disabling access to such content upon obtaining actual knowledge or awareness of its illegality, or when it is reported in accordance with our policies. Our obligation to act is limited to actions required by applicable law (e.g., the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or the EU E-Commerce Directive).
5.4.3 User Acknowledgement and Indemnity
You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You agree to use the platform at your own risk. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless nterco, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of another user's content; or (b) any claim that your content caused harm, loss, or violated a third party's rights.
5.4.4 Reporting and Enforcement
You may report content that you believe violates our Terms of Service or applicable law by using our reporting tools. We respond to valid legal requests and established notice-and-takedown procedures as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
nterco and its associated branding, design, and technology are owned by Delbond Teknologies LLC. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use our Services.
6.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to your original content. The license you grant us is only for operating and improving our Services.
6.3 Copyright Claims
If you believe content on nterco infringes your copyright, please see our Copyright Policy for how to submit a claim.
7. Premium Services & Payments
7.1 Premium Subscriptions
Some features require a premium subscription. Pricing, features, and terms are presented at the time of purchase.
7.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Prices may change with notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
7.4 Free Trials
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. See our Help Center for instructions.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We'll notify you and explain our decision when possible.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our Services ends immediately
- We may delete your content and data
- Outstanding payment obligations remain due
- Provisions that should survive termination will continue
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
9.1 "As Is" Service
nterco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that our Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
9.2 Indemnification by You
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delbond Teknologies LLC, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the nterco platform; (b) your User Content or any other content you submit or transmit through the platform; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (e) any dispute between you and another user. The Indemnified Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Delbond Teknologies LLC.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DELBOND TEKNOLOGIES LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE NTERCO, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) FIVE HUNDRED GHANAIAN CEDIS (GHS 500).
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
We believe in resolving issues directly. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us using our Legal Request Form. Our goal is to address and resolve disputes through informal negotiation within 30 days of your submission.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, unless you're entitled to different protections under your local law.
10.3 Arbitration
For disputes that can't be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
11. General Terms
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and nterco.
11.2 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
11.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
11.5 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor.
